PB Communications New Financial Year event - Thursday 27 July 2023

On Thursday 27 July we held our annual “new financial year” lunch in Melbourne , and heard from our guest of honour, Shail Singh, lead ombudsman, investments and advice, at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, who provided his views on the financial services industry.

Shail was appointed as the lead ombudsman, investments and advice in 2023. He was appointed as an ombudsman when AFCA opened its doors in November 2018, becoming senior ombudsman, investments and advice, in 2021.
